What I appreciate the most is her caracter. She is a very sociable dog, loves meeting new people and she is very friendly with everyone. That is not just her case, all the Smooth Collies are born this way. O´Yess enjoys a lot of activities, including playing and walking. That´s why we do agility. One of the disadvantages could be that her hairs are everywhere in my apartment. The moulting could be the only disadvantage. On the other hand, there aren´t many dog breeds who don´t moult. If I could give you an advice, I would tell you not to have any carpet and buy a very efficient vacoom cleener. One of my friends, Jan Šetner, answered my questin „How many times a year does your dog moult?“ with the most fitting answer „Yeah, of course. All the time“ . I don´t know if the inteligence of O´Yess is an advantage or a disadvantage. I would do everything for her beautiful eyes. On of the dog trainer showed me how O´Yess can manipulate me easily with her sad face. I wasn ´t noticing that. Smooth Collies are inteligent, thinking and they are non-conflict dogs. Their caracter is different to the long-haired collies. An example of this difference is that the long-haired simply make a group and follow the master. The short-haired is more courious. Every dog is the original and I don´t want to generalize about the whole breed.
